Sivagurunathan appointed as President of CREDAI Chennai

The Investiture Ceremony of Mr. S Sivagurunathan as President of CREDAI Chennai and his
team of office bearers was held in Chennai. Thiru Anshul Mishra, IAS, Member Secretary,
CMDA was the Chief Guest.
The new team will be led by Mr S Sivagurunathan, President, CREDAI Chennai, Mr A.
Mohammed Ali, President – Elect, Mr Mehul Doshi as Vice President, Mr Abhishek Mehta,
Vice President, Mr Kruthivas P, Secretary , Mr Mohamed Aslam Packeer, Treasurer,
Mr Arun M N, Mr Ranjeeth Rathod, Mr Viswajith Kumar, Mr Ram Kumar, Mr Suman Voora
as Executive members of CREDAI Chennai, who will all work together for the betterment of
real estate sector in Chennai.
The incoming President Mr. Sivagurunathan Said “The property market is growing, and the
escalating cost of construction is of major concern, we will persuade the state government
to adopt proactive initiatives to address this issue and other key issues including the
bringing about ease of doing business through single window clearance and speedy
approval system “
Speaking at Investiture Ceremony, Thiru Anshul Mishra said, the housing department is
undergoing a paradigm shift, from May 1 st onwards building plan approval will be done online and no
handling of files manually at CMDA offices. He urged the real estate industry to participate with
government efforts to make the Chennai as most competitive city in the world and better place to
live.
